This was a small project with a major impact.  My client, a single dad with a teenage son, wanted some help designing his living and dining room in his newly rented townhome.

Dad likes farmhouse, son likes modern so it was my goal to blend the two.  Additionally, he wanted to use the print with the blue herons so I used that as my jumping off point.  The results? Two happy bachelors!

I didn’t want this project to end. Partly because furnishing a condo is Cherry Creek is just FUN but mainly because I absolutely loved getting to know and spend time with this client.  

The priority was to create a neutral base with comfortable, quality furniture in order to allow his late wife’s artwork to take the spotlight.  My client is in the steel business so wherever possible I injected a bit of ‘industrial modern’ to contrast the relaxing vibe.

So much of this Airbnb had already been updated to reflect it’s mid century roots but the some editing was needed throughout and the basement rec room was desperate for a makeover. Partnered with Elevate BNB Management we were able to take this property to the next level in just a few short weeks.

This project was an actual dream come true.

Partnered with my good friend Flora Interiors we designed and installed this incredible penthouse in the River North (RINO) district of Downtown Denver. We were inspired by the artfully crafted design throughout these luxury apartments (Flora RINO). Modern, bold and never boring.

When I first met with my clients they were under contract on the dream home they had been searching for for literal years.

They knew they didn’t want to bring most of their old furniture with them which is where I came in. The home itself is modern, serene and filled with natural light so we wanted to select pieces that were neutral and helped create the sanctuary they had been dreaming of.

I knew how excited they were to get into their new house so timing was a priority without sacrificing quality.  This was a full install project (6 rooms) with a big reveal at the end of the day.  To date this is one of my favorite projects!
