I bring my years of experience in the luxury vacation industry to help you elevate your investment. I understand the unique challenges that come with vacation rentals and I’m here to help you maximize the potential of your properties.

Design Refresh
Includes a full walkthrough of the property with design & amenity recommendations. Any visible repairs, broken or missing items will also be noted. Full report will be delivered to you with photos and links (where applicable). *Only available for Colorado properties.
$595 – $895 (depending on SF)
Full Service | Photo Ready
Perfect for the investor, remote or busy host who needs everything from planning, receiving, install and styling done for them. After you approve the design boards, I’ll get to work on a turnkey experience where all the details will be taken care of (including photoshoot for your listing!)
Pricing based on SF & scope of project
DIY/Virtual Design
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves? I’ll do the design and source the products and hand the rest over to you (including a clickable shopping list). You’ll have more of a hands on approach by ordering, receiving and installing everything yourself.
Pricing based on SF (avg range 2.5-7k)
ABOUT
Hi, I’m Jennifer.
My career began in luxury vacation rentals, took a detour through the world of photography (with staging) and landed me where I am today – interior design specializing in vacation rentals. Location, pricing and service all matter for bookings but what really makes a property stand out is beautiful design and the photography to show it off. That’s where I come in. I love what I do and it’s my goal to make this process streamlined and enjoyable so you can focus on the things you love to do!
The boring (but important) stuff
I’m legit (i.e. fully insured and up to date licensing).
I’m educated (graduate of POH Design School and received certificate of completion from intensive STR design course).
I’m fun but I’m a professional. I’ve worked in both the corporate space as well as being an entrepreneur and taken the best of both worlds into this business. You will be well taken care of.
The fun stuff
I’m one of those rare Colorado natives! So is my husband and we will stop at nothing to brainwash “convince” our 4 children to carry on the legacy to the next generation.
We have two rescue dogs and a crested gecko but what I REALLY want is a miniature higland cow. Look em up…you’ll thank me.
We have an “unofficial” yet very heated competition amogst my siblings to travel to all 50 states. I have a few to go…where do you want to fly me?
